About the role
Incident.io is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our product.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into product features
- Define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on key initiatives
- Lead product development from concept through launch, working with designers, engineers, and other PMs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or tech operations
- Experience in managing complex products with multiple teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex problems into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passionate about improving the way teams respond to incidents
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
- Understanding of incident management and system reliability principles
- Knowledge of SaaS product management best practices
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience with product analytics and user feedback

- $120,000 - $150,000 annually
