About the role

Incident.io is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our product.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into product features
  • Define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on key initiatives
  • Lead product development from concept through launch, working with designers, engineers, and other PMs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or tech operations
  • Experience in managing complex products with multiple teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex problems into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Passionate about improving the way teams respond to incidents
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Understanding of incident management and system reliability principles
  • Knowledge of SaaS product management best practices

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Experience with product analytics and user feedback
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions with incomplete information

Pay

  • $120,000 - $150,000 annually
