About the role

Incident.io is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our product.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into product features.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap, working closely with the VP of Product to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead the product development process, from ideation through launch, ensuring that all features are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on key initiatives, ensuring that the product roadmap is both ambitious and achievable.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including leadership, customers, and partners, to build alignment and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
