Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Qualifications
- Customer-focused, passionate about science and technology
- Passionate to enable customers with Bruker technology
- Demonstrated relationship building with both internal and external customers
- Able to work under pressure with prompt and accurate reporting
- Able to understand perspectives, manage conflicts, and persuade others
- Able to develop technical team members' knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Able to independently plan, communicate, and execute assignments and objectives
- Able to identify and drive process and policy improvements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Multiple years of technical experience, typically encompassing 5 years
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred
