Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

  • Perform advanced maintenance and repairs
  • Solve problems and prioritize tasks

  • Present effectively and handle customer interactions
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop diagnostic and repair methodologies
  • Report accurately and promptly

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused, passionate about science and technology
  • Passionate to enable customers with Bruker technology
  • Demonstrated relationship building with both internal and external customers
  • Able to work under pressure with prompt and accurate reporting
  • Able to understand perspectives, manage conflicts, and persuade others
  • Able to develop technical team members' knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Able to independently plan, communicate, and execute assignments and objectives
  • Able to identify and drive process and policy improvements
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Multiple years of technical experience, typically encompassing 5 years
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred
