Technical Staff, Operations
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
The posting includes: Summary, Position Overview, Key Responsibilities (with sub-sections), Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills), What We Offer (benefits). No explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from Summary/Position Overview). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Education+Experience combined? The instruction: Use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Qualifications (Education, Experience). Skills separate. Could combine Requirements as Education+Experience? But we also have Qualifications heading. The list includes both Qualifications and Skills as separate headings. So we should output Qualifications (education+experience) and Skills (skills). Requirements maybe not needed if we have Qualifications. But we could include Requirements as a heading if we have content like "Experience 5-7 years..." but that's already in Qualifications. Safer to follow the headings list: we can include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Omit Requirements if no distinct content. But we could treat Requirements as education+experience; but Qualifications already covers that. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine Education and Experience under Qualifications, and Skills separate. So sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes an EEO statement at end; we must remove that.
We need to format using for each section heading, then content: use
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to extract content.

We need to output HTML fragment only.
We should not include location line etc as separate heading; but we can incorporate location into About the role paragraph maybe. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include location, department, reports to in a short paragraph under About the role. Thus About the role content: combine Summary + Position Overview + location/department/reports. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can't omit location etc. So include them in a paragraph. We'll produce:

Then Responsibilities: we need to list all responsibilities as- . Could group by subheadings? The instruction: use

but not allowed; only headings defined are h3 for sections. We could keep subheadings as or just include them in li text. Probably fine to include them as part of li. We'll create a
- with each bullet as li. We'll keep the subheadings as part of li text maybe preceded by a bold.
Thus:

But nested ul may be okay. However instruction: use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nested lists. It's okay.
We'll do similar for each responsibility category.

We'll do:
