Role & Responsibilities

- Engage with the project team to understand a project’s story, guiding principles, and design intent.
- Collaborate within project teams to assist in developing a coherent design concept and narrative.
- Affiliate with the project team to produce architectural drawings using Revit and other software tools.
- Collaborate with all architectural disciplines to deliver high-quality project documents.
- Adhere to Pfluger’s standards for drawing documentation and quality with guidance.
- Conduct basic research on building codes, zoning laws, site requirements, and materials as directed.
- Attend project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist the project team in processes associated with requests for information (RFIs) and architect’s supplemental instructions (ASIs) under supervision.
- Support the selection and documentation of materials for project specifications.
- Afford assistance in construction administration tasks, including site visits and field reports with guidance on an as needed basis.
- Actively participate in Pfluger’s Professional Advancement & Study Support (PASS) program and complete AXP hours in pursuit of licensure as a condition for ongoing employment, salary increases, and career advancement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and professional development.

Location
The Technical Staff must be prepared to commute 3 days per week to Pfluger’s local office and as required to Pfluger’s other offices.
