Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with the project team to understand a project’s story, guiding principles, and design intent.
  • Collaborate within project teams to assist in developing a coherent design concept and narrative.
  • Affiliate with the project team to produce architectural drawings using Revit and other software tools.
  • Collaborate with all architectural disciplines to deliver high-quality project documents.
  • Adhere to Pfluger’s standards for drawing documentation and quality with guidance.
  • Conduct basic research on building codes, zoning laws, site requirements, and materials as directed.
  • Attend project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Assist the project team in processes associated with requests for information (RFIs) and architect’s supplemental instructions (ASIs) under supervision.
  • Support the selection and documentation of materials for project specifications.
  • Afford assistance in construction administration tasks, including site visits and field reports with guidance on an as needed basis.
  • Actively participate in Pfluger’s Professional Advancement & Study Support (PASS) program and complete AXP hours in pursuit of licensure as a condition for ongoing employment, salary increases, and career advancement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and professional development.

Location

The Technical Staff must be prepared to commute 3 days per week to Pfluger’s local office and as required to Pfluger’s other offices.
