Your Opportunity + Impact: The Technical Specialist collaborates closely with the design technical team and contributes to all stages and disciplines of design projects. Serving as a subject-matter expert, this role ensures the technical accuracy and quality of assigned work and oversees aspects of work performed by others. The Technical Specialist also assists the Project Team in developing scope and fee estimates for small to moderate single-discipline projects or specific disciplines within multi-discipline projects.
Responsibilities
- Participates in planning and design tasks, prepares construction documents, and supports the successful delivery of projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Provides technical expertise on complex projects, offering reliable input and support throughout all project stages.
- Build
