What You'll Do
- Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
- Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
- Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
- Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
- Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
- Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems)
- Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
- Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
- Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
- Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Project Engineers, Product Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets
- Working knowledge of software or firmware engineering skillsets is a plus

Expected Compensation $84,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
