Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract Software Engineering, Product & Design candidates
• Source high quality candidates for evergreen and high priority roles
• Engage and vet technical candidates while managing hiring processes
• Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure hiring success
• Track recruiting metrics for continuous improvement in processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering sourcing experience
• Proven success sourcing for various engineering roles including backend, frontend, fullstack, etc
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Strong experience with ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
