Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

Problem-solving with a purpose. As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Alongside customer counterparts, you’ll tackle mission-critical and complex problems – we’re way beyond “turn it off and on again” issues. You’ll need to diagnose the problem, identify a solution, and manage the implementation of the solution, sometimes across multiple physical locations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Tackle mission-critical and complex problems for healthcare organizations using Epic’s software
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Identify and implement solutions
• Manage the implementation of solutions across multiple locations and stakeholders
• Collaborate with customer counterparts to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater
• A history of academic excellence or professional success
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
