About the role

Problem-solving with a purpose. As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Alongside customer counterparts, you’ll tackle mission-critical and complex problems – we’re way beyond “turn it off and on again” issues. You’ll need to diagnose the problem, identify a solution, and manage the implementation of the solution, sometimes across multiple physical locations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Tackle mission-critical and complex problems for healthcare organizations
  • Diagnose problems and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with customer counterparts to resolve issues
  • Work in various physical locations and with multiple stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • A history of academic excellence or professional success
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

Pay

Compensation is competitive and reflects the impact your work has on the company and our customers. Details are provided upon interview.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and can vary based on project needs and customer requirements. Regular hours are typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Skills

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in relevant technologies and software is required.
