Technical Solutions Architect

About the Role

Arrow is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to drive partner enablement and architect network-as-a-service (NaaS) and complementary network solutions. You will work closely with supplier management, sales, and marketing teams to develop account-specific strategies, provide technical leadership, and create integrated technology solutions for channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement industry and account penetration strategies in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff during pre-sales activities.
• Demonstrate expertise in network products (hardware, software, cloud, services, marketplace, financing).
• Act as a technical consultant to propose solutions meeting partners' and end users' business and technology requirements.
• Lead discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of fully integrated technology solutions.
• Address and dispel customer objections using knowledge of competitive solutions.
• Deliver technical and sales presentations to partners, customers, and Arrow personnel.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and publish digital, channel-ready technical content.
• Serve as a trusted technology influencer and internal resource on technical plays or business applications.
• Build relationships with Arrow account teams, partners, and end users to support sales objectives.
• Present and market the value of proposed solutions and business cases to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of modern network solutions (MX, SRX, QFX, Mist AI, Junos, EOS, AOS), TCP/IP, L2-L3 networking, network design, SD-WAN, and WAN optimization.
• Pre-sales experience with networking solutions from Juniper, Aruba, Meter, Cisco, and Arista.
• Understanding of network-as-a-service (NaaS) concepts; experience with Meter is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Ability to decouple data plane and control plane in networks (highly preferred).
• Experience with cloud, hybrid, data center, and endpoint technologies.
• Lab/POV/POC delivery capabilities in IT Networking.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience with a 4-year degree in CS, EE, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications such as ACE, ACP, JNCIS-ENT, JNCIP-ENT, JNCIA-Junos, ACCX, ACDX, ACMX, RCSP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
• Additional certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware, HyperV, KVM), or scripting/programming languages are a plus.
• Other relevant certifications in Security, Data Analysis, or related IT fields.

Pay

Annual hiring range: $105,300.00 - $150,150.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.

Schedule

Full time. Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request.
