Technical Solution Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Design monitoring and observability strategies using Dynatrace including dashboards, synthetic monitoring, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and Davis AI insights. Architect end to end solutions using BMC Helix Operation Management(BHOM) and Helix ITSM Suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, and CMDB. Understanding of SAM (Software Asset Management) and license optimization solutions using Flexera. Develop integration architecture between Helix, Dynatrace, Flexera, and external systems via APIs, web services, and event frameworks. Ensure alignment with ITIL, enterprise architecture standards, and security/compliance requirements. Implementation & Delivery Roll out Dynatrace agents, tagging strategies, baselines, alerts, and distributed tracing. Manage migration initiatives, including onprem to SaaS migrations for Helix Operation Management or Dynatrace Cloud. Assist in building automated workflows, orchestration, and event correlation. Perform solution validation, testing, performance optimization, and documentation. Implement service mapping and discovery with BMC Helix Discovery Lead deployment, configuration, and customization of BMC Helix modules. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with service owners, business analysts, developers, and operations teams. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. Conduct architecture reviews and provide best practice recommendations. Present solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, and operational guidelines. Governance & Best Practices Establish ITSM process maturity models and design process improvements. Define monitoring standards, tagging frameworks, and observability KPIs. Lead CMDB governance initiatives ensuring accuracy, reconciliation rules, and data quality. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability. Support & Troubleshooting Provide Level 3 architectural support for complex ITSM and monitoring issues. Guide teams on root cause analysis, performance tuning, and incident reduction through observability insights. Oversee patching, upgrades, and maintenance of BMC, Dynatrace, and Flexera platforms Generic Managerial Skills, If any Process & Frameworks Strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles. Knowledge of ITOM, AIOps, observability frameworks, and CMDB be st practices. Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred). Soft Skills Excellent communication and customer facing presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation abilities.
