Technical SETA with Electronic Warfare
About the role
Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled SETA Support to support an innovative program. You will provide technical program management support for advanced research and development efforts, assisting with the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of complex technical programs. This position requires an experienced technical leader capable of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, preparing technical documentation and executive-level briefings, and providing subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical program management support for advanced research and development efforts, including planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of complex technical programs.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and executive-level briefings, communicating technical concepts to senior government leadership.
- Provide technical briefings to senior government leadership on Electronic Warfare technologies, including Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Protection (EP).
- Lead the development and implementation of analog and digital signal processing techniques, including digital beamforming, RF lens beamforming, and signal detection technologies.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related technical field.
- Demonstrated program and/or project management experience leading diverse technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing technical papers, technical reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.
- Experience providing technical briefings to senior government leadership.
- Technical background in Electronic Warfare (EW), particularly Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Protection (EP).
- Experience with analog and digital signal processing techniques.
- Experience with digital beamforming, RF lens beamforming, photonic beamforming, and signal detection technologies.
Qualifications
The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $178,000. This range represents a good-faith estimate and is not a guarantee; final compensation is determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and government contract labor rate requirements and may fall outside the stated range.
