Technical Service Representative

Essential Functions/Duties

• Identify deficiencies in operation of all models of Vac Con trucks.
• Identifies materials, parts and supplies needed to complete a repair in a safe and efficient manner.
• You must be able to drive and operate Vac Con trucks of all models.
• Uses computer and computer programs to find information concerning the assemblies, schematics and truck information.
• Follows prints and schematics as well as technical manuals and written and spoken instructions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 3-5 Years
• Other Required KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical, hydraulic, water, and electrical systems.

Working Environment

• Hot, cold, dry, wet, dirty, oily, conditions
• May be subject to foul odors.

Travel Requirements

• Periodic, as needed
