Technical Sales Representative
Responsible for
- Resolution of significant technical, scientific, or engineering issues affecting product sales, installation, and utilization.
- Coordination of appropriate courses of action with senior technical leaders.
- Development and delivery of financial solutions for customers.
- Handling large-sized accounts or selected customers with a complex product mix.
- Providing technical expertise in troubleshooting product sales, manufacturing, and development.
- Visiting company manufacturing and customer facilities to identify and resolve technical product manufacturing issues and, in some cases, install, repair, and maintain equipment.
- Serving as a resource for internal departments and seeking advice and solutions from others.
- Initiating and driving problem resolution process improvements and serving as a primary resource for both company and customer operations.
- Prioritizing and executing strategic initiatives to drive profitable business growth.
Qualifications, Skills And Knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with packaging applications.
- Maintenance or engineering education or completion of advanced trade certification training.
- Experience in the corrugated box industry.
- Customer focus, problem-solving, drive for results, action-oriented, priority setting.
