Technical Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Training customers in our technical centers, or by traveling throughout our distribution network
- Answering e-mails and phone calls regarding technical assistance on products and building layouts
- Aiding in the development of marketing literature and sales tools
- Aiding in the development of marketing and software tools
- Aiding the R&D department with new product development
- Traveling within North America
Qualifications
- Have an understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and the healthcare industry
- 8+ years experience in the HVAC industry
- A College diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, with an eye for detail
- Process driven mindset, self-driven with the ability to reach the initiative
- Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
