Essential Functions
- Generate selections and customer quotes for all the products that we represent, including but not limited to RGDs, VAVs, Fans, and Mechanical Equipment
- Prepare detailed submittals
- Download drawings, specifications, schedules, and details
- Perform accurate “take-offs” electronically using Planswift
- Process stock and factory orders for customers
- Answer phone calls and email requests from clients relating to quotations, order processing, order tracking, freight claims, product availability, field service, and warranties
- Follow established sales processes and procedures at Buckley
- Maintain knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and product lines
- Maintain a working understanding of all the products on our line card by consistently participating in factory and Buckley technical training offerings
- Fulfill customer product and service needs by utilizing product knowledge and soliciting help from other team members and other internal resources

Required Education and Experience
- A degree in engineering is preferred but not required. Five or more years of relevant experience may suffice in lieu of a degree.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay
$77,000 - $95,000, based on experience and skill level

Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, in the Milford, CT. office
