What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support
- Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Support inside sales activities including quote generation, order entry, order acknowledgments, and customer follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales activity records within CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery schedules
- Track customer opportunities and support sales pipeline management activities
- Ensure sales documentation and records are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Develop knowledge of X-ray products, applications, and target markets
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to understand product capabilities and customer requirements
- Assist in identifying opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and sales activities while progressively taking ownership of opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, technical sales, or a related business environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems and ERP/business management software
- Exposure to technical products, manufacturing environments, or industrial technologies
- Experience working with data, metrics, and reporting to support business decisions

Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based work using standard office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods

Pay
In accordance with California law, the expected salary for this full-time, benefited position is between $65,000 - $75,000. The actual compensation will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and other factors permitted by law.
