The Technical Recruitment Delivery Specialist will act as a bridge between AI technology and B2B clients' hiring success, managing candidate pipelines, engaging with technical candidates, and delivering top-tier talent directly to clients in the internet and tech industries. Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users• High ownership and impact• Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product• Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Operate exclusively within the Jobright platform to manage the candidate pipeline• Review AI-sourced or matched resumes, assess technical qualifications, and select the best profiles for our clients• Reach out to and continuously follow up with technical candidates (Software Engineers, AI/ML Specialists, etc.)• Pitch our clients' opportunities, conduct initial screenings, and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process• Ensure a consistent, high-volume flow of highly qualified, vetted technical resumes to our clients to meet their hiring deadlines• Collaborate closely with our China-based product and engineering teams• Provide real-time, actionable feedback on AI matching accuracy, resume parsing, and user experience to help improve the product• Track candidate progress, manage interview coordination on behalf of clients, and ensure a seamless experience for both the candidate and the clientQualification Required • 1-3+ years of recruitment experience in an agency, headhunting firm, or RPO environment• Proven track record of delivering technical talent (internet/SaaS/tech roles) to external clients• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English• Extremely results-oriented and metrics-driven• Ability to read a complex technical resume and understand basic tech stacks• Highly adaptable and excited to execute daily workflows entirely within the new AI recruiting platform• Strong ability to write compelling outreach messages, follow up relentlessly, and confidently sell various client opportunities to high-performing engineers• Able to commit to approximately 15-20 hours per week, with responsiveness during US business hours Preferred • Experience delivering AI/ML engineers, LLM researchers, or full-stack developers for US-based tech startups
