Technical Recruiting Associate

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US
• Run sharp intake sessions and hold hiring managers to a clear process
• Manage candidate pipelines, stakeholder updates, and closing conversations
• Manage sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles — infra, ML, platform, senior IC
• Keep things moving even when priorities shift

• This role is based in our Los Angeles office.

• All of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
• The base salary range for this role is $89,000 - $120,000 per year.
