About the role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our R&D recruiting team on a 12-month project basis, partnering across Engineering, Product, and Data - including roles supporting Addepar's AI initiatives. You'll work alongside our other R&D-focused technical recruiter, splitting and sharing req load so we can move faster on a growing and increasingly specialized technical pipeline. You won't just fill roles; you'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and a strong ambassador for Addepar's technical brand. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles - from intake through offer - with a focus on high-quality sourcing and rigorous technical screening.
• Partner closely with the other R&D recruiters to divide and cover the team's req load, staying aligned on process, bar, and candidate experience so hiring managers get a consistent experience regardless of who they're working with.
• Recruit for roles supporting AI initiatives, developing sourcing strategies suited to a
