About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support direct sourcing and talent fulfillment initiatives. This role will focus on identifying and engaging qualified candidates, screening resumes, building talent pipelines, and helping achieve cost savings through direct-to-market recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, client-focused, and skilled at developing strong partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company serving thousands of clients globally, valuing innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Position is based in Pittsburgh, PA. Assignment duration: Six-month contract with the potential to extend up to 12 months; conversion potential possible, subject to future business review.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified technical candidates through Boolean searches, keyword searches, data mining, and other direct-sourcing methods.
