About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full life-cycle recruiting for engineering positions across multiple U.S. locations. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting engineering professionals in a high-volume environment and excels at building strong partnerships with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and staffing plans.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Computer Science positions.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the company, position, and hiring process.
- Extend employment offers in accordance with company policies and hiring manager direction.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with EEO regulations, company policies, and hiring guidelines.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of directly related recruiting experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience recruiting engineering professionals, including Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Computer Science disciplines.
- Strong full life-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
- Experience supporting national, multi-location recruiting efforts.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies.
- Ability to work independently as part of a geographically dispersed remote team.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining audit-ready recruiting documentation.
- Strong internet sourcing and online recruiting skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
