About the Role

We are seeking 2 Mid-Level Technical Recruiters to support high-volume hiring initiatives focused primarily on Software Engineering and Technology talent. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple business lines, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving direct sourcing strategies in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Pittsburgh, PA, requiring 4 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruiting lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Direct Sourcing: Utilize Boolean searches, keyword strategies, and data mining techniques to identify top technical talent
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
• Candidate Management: Conduct resume screening, candidate qualification, interview coordination, and offer discussions
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain active talent pipelines for software engineering and technology-focused roles
• Reporting & Organization: Track recruiting activity, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership of requisitions from intake through offer stage
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering and/or Technology roles
• Strong sourcing experience using Boolean search, keyword search, and data mining techniques
• Experience with resume screening and candidate evaluation
• Strong communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting within enterprise technology or financial services environments
• Exposure to AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or emerging technology skillsets
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments with 20–30+ active requisitions
• Experience partnering with multiple business groups simultaneously

Pay

Pay Rate Range: 38 - 44 USD hourly
