ITS is seeking Technical Recruiters to join our team at our corporate headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. Whether you are experienced or just getting your feet wet in recruiting, due to rapid growth opportunities, we are hiring. Commissions available day 1, no hold back. Hybrid schedule may be available after the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with client hiring needs
• Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology
• Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate
• Strong time management skills a must
