What You'll Bring
- 3+ years recruiting experience in an in-house environment
- Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
- Advanced knowledge of relevant employment market trends
- Proficient knowledge of common software engineering skill-sets
- Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
