About the role
The Technical Project Manager will drive successful customer deployments for Elsevier's Mytonomy Cloud for Healthcare platform. They will partner with health systems to implement solutions that enhance patient engagement and healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Translate clinical, operational, and business requirements into configured, integrated, and scalable solutions
- Manage technical integrations with Epic EHR systems
- Advise customers on integrating with Mytonomy's platform via HL7, SMART on FHIR, APIs, and more
- Configure customer systems and integrations using Mytonomy's internal tools
- Map content between Mytonomy's platform and customer EHR systems (primarily Epic)
- Share feedback and data with the product team to influence product enhancements and new features
- Track progress of content development and localization for client deployments
- Create and distribute training materials and how-to guides to clinical staff prior to go-live
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Director to ensure on-time project delivery and alignment with customer business objectives
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, EHR deployment, or a closely related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for clinical and operational audiences
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive implementations to successful go-live
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
- Strong familiarity with Epic workflows in hospital and ambulatory settings; Epic certification or hands-on configuration experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with healthcare technology partners and integration tools (e.g., Redox, HL7, SMART on FHIR) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or healthcare-related discipline

Flexible work arrangements, wellness initiatives, paid parental leave, study assistance, and sabbaticals are available. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
