What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the adaptation of the platform to meet specific customer needs and requirements
• Monitor and fulfill customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong experience working with Voice AI platforms, including familiarity with TTS, ASR, and telephony technologies

• Ability to analyze data, identify key metrics, and communicate effectively with engineering teams
