About The Role
Seeking a highly accomplished Technical Project Manager / Product Owner to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong Data & Analytics / Data Engineering experience, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in enterprise project delivery and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives
- Manage enterprise project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Migration projects
- Drive Databricks and Data Platform initiatives
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
- Develop and manage product strategy and roadmaps
- Utilize JIRA and Azure DevOps for project tracking
- Handle risk, issue, and dependency management
- Prioritize backlog and perform business analysis
- Manage resources and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executives
Requirements
- 12–15 years in Project Management, Product Management, or related roles
- Strong Data & Analytics background
- Experience delivering data engineering, migration, data foundation, and BI initiatives
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Insurance or corporate finance experience is a plus
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, CSPO/PSPO certification preferred
