And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Cookordination activities across IT team, business teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
- Prepare executive dashboards and status reports and facilitate governance meetings.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Support organizational change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.
- Vendor Management: Help identify, evaluate, and select technology vendors and service providers. Help define project scope, requirements, and implementation plans. Lead vendor discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial reviews. Coordinate implementation activities and manage vendor deliverables. Track vendor performance, budgets, licensing, renewals, and contractual commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly desired
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and technology delivery.
- Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred.

- Projects delivered on time and within budget.
- Effective management of risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Successful vendor selection, contract negotiation, and implementation oversight.
- Clear executive visibility into project status, risks, budgets, and outcomes.
