Technical Project Manager III

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager on the Wearables team specifically on speech/voice AI development. This role will work on key projects including All Artificial Intelligence (AI), complexity of AI (racing), innovate faster, working on speech AI’s for wearable devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Extensive experience in Speech AI software development (training, QA’ing etc.)
• Minimum 6+ years of experience
• Strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate complex projects in a time-compressed environment
• Experience working with AI engineering teams
• Leadership skills, running meetings with stakeholders/other engineers
• Able to drive large and complex cross-functional teams
• Able to work independently and manage one’s time
• Able to keep information organized and confidential

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Any AI in fast tech company or start up and/or background in AI technology
• Prior FAANG is a plus

Pay

The salary for this position is between $145,600 - $201,760 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
