Technical Project Manager - Hardware
About the role
To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our division Plasma Control Technologies at the San Jose site as a Technical Project Manager - Hardware.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage hardware development project schedules, budgets and resources with engineering teams and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal partners on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Interface between customers, product engineering and NPI cross-functional teams, setting and managing schedules, budgets and milestones.
- Synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and communicate to stakeholders and organizations at all levels.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience handling inception to mass production customer-facing hardware, firmware, and/or software product development preferred.
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office Tools
- Mastery of the Atlassian platform (Jira and Confluence) highly desirable

Benefits
The target salary range for this job is approximately $160,000 to $175,000 annually.
