Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and risks
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and communication strategies
- Cookordinate resources and facilitate meetings to resolve issues
- Track project progress and manage scope changes effectively
- Support process improvement and establish best practices across the team
- Contribute to Business Development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in technical project or program management
- PMP or equivalent certification is required
- 3+ years managing tech projects for State Health and Human Services agencies, preferably Child Welfare
- Strong understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Confluence
