Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and risks
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and communication strategies
  • Cookordinate resources and facilitate meetings to resolve issues
  • Track project progress and manage scope changes effectively
  • Support process improvement and establish best practices across the team
  • Contribute to Business Development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years in technical project or program management
  • PMP or equivalent certification is required
  • 3+ years managing tech projects for State Health and Human Services agencies, preferably Child Welfare
  • Strong understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Confluence
