Technical Project Manager
Purpose of Role
The Technical Project Manager for the Ecommerce Delivery Team works closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, QA, and other business stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of digital products and features for UnderArmour.com and the UA Mobile App.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a track record of being a part of software projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of agile principles and scrum processes.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of successful project management.
- Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organization skills.
- Proficiency in software dependency management across technology stacks, for example middleware services, web, and native applications.
- Flexibility to help teams execute without perfect process or overbearing checklists.
- Clock with third party vendors and remote teams so your team can deliver against commitments.
- Knows the difference between process that adds value vs. process that impedes teams
- Appreciates the attention to detail and what it takes to build a project plan
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.
- Work Schedule: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, as periodic on-site attendance may be required
- Travel: Minimal
