Technical Project Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on project leader to support a multi-year ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of ERP systems, SDLC, integrations, and data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex workstreams and drive accountability across the project team
• Facilitate technical discussions and coordinate vendors and stakeholders
• Track project plans, risks, dependencies, action items, and project metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise software or ERP implementations
• Experience with ERP platforms
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing integrations, data migration, and cross-functional project teams
• Ability to participate competently in technical discussions and interpret technical documentation and diagrams
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP implementation experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Agile or Scrum Certification
• Experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Experience working with third-party implementation partners and vendors
• Knowledge of best-practice ERP implementation strategies including "configure over customize" approaches
