Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams
- Cook up activities with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage intake and prioritization of new functionality requests.
- Review new feature and enhancement requests documenting Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to be used by the engineering team to design and develop technical solutions.
- Aid with backlog prioritization and dependency resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery.
- Manage removing blockers, risks, and issues.
- Report overall status.
- Help Engineering team balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes based on an understanding of priorities.
- Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process and best practices adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT Project Management, IT Management, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or related area of study.
- Experience managing teams supporting multiple workstreams operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
- Experience performing PM best practices (e.g., schedule development and tracking, risk management, status reporting).
- Experience regularly maintaining and reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
- Proficiency and experience working with data engineering, analytics, and ingestion teams.
- Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies and leading/modeling process adherence.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate teams and individuals working collaboratively and efficiently.
- A composed presence, business acumen, and ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience with Data and Analytics tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir.
- Experience with automation and/or AI tools.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
