About the Opportunity

The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technology initiatives involving internal product development and external customer delivery. This role serves as the central coordinator for project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution, ensuring clear priorities and successful outcomes. It bridges business needs and technical teams to maintain momentum and structure in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product requirements, specifications, and delivery with product leaders and engineering teams.
• Manage product-related queries, decisions, and alignment.
• Aggregate requirements and customer feedback to prioritize product enhancements.
• Draft and manage product documentation including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support sprint and iteration planning aligned with strategic priorities.
• Translate client needs into user stories and implementation tasks.
• Maintain customer delivery timelines and roadmaps.
• Track environment stability, bugs, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate bug resolution, deployment readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with defined scope, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Communicate project scope, strategic milestones, and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage blockers and dependencies, escalating risks with mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to release and deployment standards, including documentation and process compliance.
• Maintain project management tool hygiene and consistent standards across work items.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex technology projects involving both product development and customer delivery.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into technical work.
• Skilled in project planning tools such as Jira Roadmaps or Gantt charts.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to manage risks, dependencies, and blockers effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and technical project management.
