About the role

This is a high profile and fast paced role within the Data and Technology arms of RAPP. The role involves managing the full lifecycle development of multiple projects simultaneously with the provision of leadership, direction and supervision to a number of project leaders and system engineers running independent projects and managing system changes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle development of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provide leadership, direction and supervision to a number of project leaders and system engineers
  • Develop and implement large scale real-time marketing solutions
  • Drive data and technology innovation
  • Act as a business and technical liaison with a diverse range of functions with RAPP’s client, their agency partners and RAPP third party suppliers
  • Set and review objectives and coordinate technology implementation activities across projects
  • Work with leaders from the technology group to manage technology implementation activities
  • Provide accurate estimates and measure forecasts against actuals
  • Ensure RAPP delivers excellent solutions both from a technical and operational perspective
  • Roll up your sleeves and manage the project through to delivery

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing the full lifecycle development of multiple projects
  • Leadership, direction and supervision experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing large scale real-time marketing solutions
  • Experience in driving data and technology innovation
  • Experience in acting as a business and technical liaison with a diverse range of functions
  • Experience in setting and reviewing objectives and coordinating technology implementation activities
  • Experience in providing accurate estimates and measuring forecasts against actuals
  • Experience in ensuring RAPP delivers excellent solutions both from a technical and operational perspective
  • Experience in managing projects through to delivery

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Benefits

Chicago: $90,000 - $105,000

Pay

Chicago: $90,000 - $105,000

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
