Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

Technical Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise solutions. Acts as a bridge between business and technology teams, driving product roadmap, execution, and stakeholder alignment in a Scaled Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex enterprise projects.
• Define and drive product and technology roadmap.
• Plan and execute programs (scope, timeline, resources).
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Drive Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog, milestones).
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Create and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Improve processes and project management practices.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.

Required Skills

• Technical Project / Program Management (7+ years).
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe (Scaled Agile) delivery.
• Stakeholder Management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Product roadmap and solution delivery.
• Risk & issue management, resource planning & allocation.
• Business analysis, system analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping & workflow design.
• Data mapping, solution design / product vision.
• Tools & technologies: Jira, SQL, Excel, Miro / Lucidchart, Visio, Balsamiq, Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Step Functions.
• Experience with Camunda.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking / Capital Markets.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Location: GA (Hybrid). Experience required: 10+ years. Work type: C2C. Contract length: 6 months. Eligible visa types: GC, US Citizen, H1B, H4‑EAD.
