Technical Project Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale CRM transformation initiative involving the migration from one marketing technology platform to another. This role will oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple global regions, coordinating stakeholders, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate has experience leading technology transformation projects, platform implementations, CRM migrations, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end project plan, including timelines, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and execution across multiple geographic regions.
• Lead CRM and email platform migration initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, integration, data accuracy, and operational continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Data, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to drive project success.
• Manage testing, quality assurance, cutover planning, and post-launch activities while mitigating risks related to data integrity, compliance, and service disruptions.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, resolve blockers, align regional priorities, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technology transformation, CRM migration, or platform implementation projects from planning through deployment.
• Strong technical project management background with the ability to understand and manage complex technical dependencies and integrations.
• Experience managing multi-region, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities, timelines, and business requirements.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, customer data architecture, email marketing technologies, and related integrations.
• Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms to manage project plans, deliverables, and reporting.
