Responsibilities
- Strategic Alliance Cultivation: Cultivate robust alliances with executive leaders, portfolio teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee seamless project and program execution.
- Executive Storytelling: Distill high-level business goals, project metrics, and stakeholder requirements into concise summaries, actionable recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
- Dependency & Program Management: Map out and align interconnected initiatives within a broader program, balancing technical dependencies against business strategies and product roadmaps.
- Goal Execution: Define and implement clear program milestones and execution strategies to yield high-quality outcomes.
- Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Facilitate the day-to-day momentum of program initiatives, actively tracking tasks, timelines, and critical deadlines.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Spearhead alignment sessions and high-profile meetings with leadership and stakeholders to share progress updates, collect feedback, and resolve roadblocks.
- Reporting & Insights: Author and deliver comprehensive project status updates and performance reports tailored for executive sponsors and key business partners.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with core delivery and support teams to stay aligned on system capabilities, technical dependencies, and deployment constraints.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, evaluate, and neutralize potential risks that could disrupt program timelines or deliverables.
- Team Mentorship: Offer constructive feedback and direction to team members to champion accountability, boost collaboration, and drive continuous optimization.
- Tech Adaptation: Leverage cutting-edge AI utilities and emerging tech to optimize team collaboration and maximize communication efficiency.
- Change Management: Champion stakeholder onboarding, operational readiness, and training programs in alignment with corporate frameworks.
Qualifications
- Enterprise Technical Leadership: Minimum of 5 years as a dedicated Project Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach steering cross-functional engineering teams through the full lifecycle delivery of enterprise-grade software and infrastructure solutions.
- Hybrid Methodology Expertise: Demonstrated mastery in dynamically tailoring and blending delivery frameworks (such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall) to optimize velocity, manage dependencies, and drive execution within complex matrix environments.
- Executive-Level Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical metrics, project data, and operational roadmaps into highly polished, compelling narratives and visual presentations tailored for C-suite and executive sponsorship review.
- Geographic Presence: Must be locally based in or willing to regularly commute to the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area to support hybrid/on-site collaboration requirements.
