Key Responsibilities
- Managing the product and engineering roadmap to align with client objectives and business goals
- Translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team
- Leading high-stakes client relations and acting as the technical point of contact for US-based stakeholders
- Assessing and communicating technical complexity behind Jira tickets to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery
- Leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks
- Running Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and maintaining a high-performance delivery cadence
Requirements
- Software engineering background (such as former Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or System Analyst) with a strong understanding of code development, API integration, and sprint dynamics
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development (mobile, web, or backend)
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable work items for software engineering teams
- Experience managing client relationships in a delivery or implementation context
- Experience leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks
- Experience leading the full software development lifecycle from requirements through delivery
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and API structures (REST/GraphQL)
- Agile project delivery experience, including running Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and maintaining a high-performance cadence
- Fluent (C1) English proficiency for US client communication
- Ability to work during 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time (ET)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Flutter/Dart
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integration workflows (such as LLMs, MCP)
