A Technical Manager or engineering lead role focusing on MuleSoft and Java requires building enterprise cloud integrations, managing application engineering teams, and ensuring secure API architectures. Professionals in these tracks typically blend hands-on backend development with operational leadership.

Core Technical Stack

• MuleSoft: Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave
• Java & Frameworks: Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Cloud & Messaging: Kafka, AWS/Azure, OpenShift, and Docker/Kubernetes containerization
• DevOps & Compliance: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton), Splunk, and industry security controls like PCI and SOx

Responsibilities

• Integration Leadership: Directing the design and development of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
• Team Management: Overseeing application engineering teams, vendor partnerships, and service delivery roadmaps
• Reliability & Governance: Monitoring backend services using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) to maintain high availability
