Technical Project Manager

About the role

Location: Alameda, CA. Onsite, Full-Time (FTE). Requires 14+ years of experience.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure projects. The TPM will drive Agile delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination across onsite, onshore, and offshore technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Manage and coordinate 15+ member technical teams across onsite, onshore, and offshore locations.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, tracking, and delivery commitments.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery metrics.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Partner with engineering teams, customers, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain strong project governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Project Delivery.
• Proven experience managing Cloud Infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Hands-on understanding of DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent Jira experience.
• Experience managing 15+ member technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder, client, communication, and escalation-management skills.
• Experience working with onsite, onshore, and offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.
• AWS/Azure/GCP certification.
• Experience with enterprise cloud modernization and DevOps transformation projects.
