- 10% Reporting and Communication (leadership updates, status reporting)
- 10% Tool Utilization (Smartsheet, Jira, workflow documentation)

- 50% Cross-functional Team Collaboration & People-facing Activities
- 30% Project Planning, Schedule Management & Risk Mitigation
- 10% Reporting to Leadership & Stakeholders

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated project or program management experience guiding initiatives from development to delivery
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong situational awareness—attuned to teams juggling multiple projects and priorities
- Experience identifying scheduling risks and delivering concise leadership reporting
- Comfortable with people-facing responsibilities and stakeholder management
Desired Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet and Jira
- Experience working with other project managers
- Exposure to mobile technology initiatives
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and present clearly to a range of audiences
