About the role
The Technical Program Manager will lead the supply chain operations team in managing projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
