About the role
The Senior Customer Engagement Program Manager will lead a cross-functional team of Systems and SW Engineers, Test Engineers, Product Manager, Account Team, Sales Engineers, among others, for customer engagements. They will oversee the progress of product pilots and ensure customer expectations of performance and quality are met, resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product pilots and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Align customer expectations with product hardware and feature deliverables for PoC/Pilot/Roll Out Projects.
- Translate customer problems into solution requirements.
- Execute multiple limited scope projects simultaneously.
- Drive revenue ramp via activities including Customer Pilots, competitive opportunities, and rollouts resulting in quality product/solution releases.
- Support product/solution development activities to drive revenue ramp.
- Work closely with large, strategic customers to ensure product success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 10+ years' work experience.
- Experience in low-level systems, including Android kernel (BSP) development and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Experience in integrating Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities for on-device AI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing Program Management or Project Management role.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive issue resolution in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with large, enterprise-level customers.
- Experience with AI-powered reporting or business intelligence tools.
- Experience applying AI, automation, and data analytics to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value.
- Leadership in creating cross-functional workstreams and driving execution for sales enablement, development, and deployment.
- Organizes and presents business, technical, and program reviews/status to Senior Leadership using digital media, dashboards, and JIRA agile project management tools.
- Identifies and mitigates risks; develops and implements risk mitigation plans.
- Motivates a project team to ensure solutions are reliable and of quality, in a highly collaborative fashion.
- Personalizes assistance with coordination of deliverables and project assets to assist the project team.
- Independently engages additional resources as needed to address obstacles or delays.
- Adapts the plan per management guidelines as delays or obstacles are experienced.
- Develops and protects intellectual property; well-versed with IP fundamentals.
- Explores and understands the competitive landscape in both product and business terms.
Skills
- Intermediate understanding of development processes and product launch scope and activities.

Pay
$108,960.00 - $163,440.00 Annual Incentive Compensation. Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
Schedule
This role is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in our Holtsville, NY office. Zebra reserves the right to modify your work location based on business need.
