Technical Program Manager, Hardware NPI & Server Platforms
About the role
Oracle's Hardware Division within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for next-generation GPU and CPU server platforms. This role owns end-to-end program execution, from initial product requirements and engineering development through hardware qualification, manufacturing readiness, production ramp, and market launch. You will lead integrated cross-functional product teams spanning electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering, firmware, operating systems, quality assurance, manufacturing, supply management, and sourcing. Working closely with engineering and OCI service teams, you will drive the delivery of test hardware and initial production infrastructure required to support OCI data centers and regional deployments. Combining strong hardware systems knowledge with technical program leadership, you will translate product requirements into executable plans, resolve complex engineering dependencies, and drive alignment across teams to meet schedule, quality, cost, and deployment commitments. Success in this role requires technical judgment, proactive risk management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
