Technical Program Manager, GTM Operations

Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs, primarily focused on Go-to-Market launches. Key Responsibilities Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and support teams for major releases.Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Translate requirements and ensure operational efficiencies, including GTM processes.Drive continuous improvement in workflows and identify dependencies and risks. Qualifications & Skills 4+ years in technology product program management, from concept to end-of-life.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and explaining analyses to diverse stakeholders.Interest in AI technologies and process automation. Preferred Attributes Experience with GTM tech stacks, remote sensing, or geospatial systems.Experience working with global, remote teams and a growth mindset.
