Technical Program Manager, GTM Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs, primarily focused on Go-to-Market launches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and support teams for major releases.
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate requirements and ensure operational efficiencies, including GTM processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and identify dependencies and risks.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years in technology product program management, from concept to end-of-life.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and explaining analyses to diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in AI technologies and process automation.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with GTM tech stacks, remote sensing, or geospatial systems.
• Experience working with global, remote teams and a growth mindset.
