As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical response for Request for Proposals (RFP), owning and validating all technical requirements.
- Design integrated architectures using Google Cloud products to meet complex client needs.
- Identify product gaps and source third-party solutions to ensure 100% requirement fulfillment.
- Build and document comprehensive technical designs and architectural diagrams.
- Cook up and coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams (including Sales Engineers, Principal Architects, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technology consulting or similar in the federal government space.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with the Shipley Capture Process.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
- Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Preferred qualifications
- Agile, PMP, and other related program management certifications.

Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
